Each workshop is designed around the client’s purpose. While the theme may vary, the basic flow usually follows four steps.
Clarify the purpose
We define the workshop theme, participants, desired outcomes, and key questions together with the client.
Build individual models
Participants build their own answers using LEGO® bricks, making personal thoughts and perspectives visible.
Share stories and connect perspectives
Participants explain the meaning of their models, listen to others, and discover patterns, gaps, and shared insights.
Move toward action
The group identifies what has become clearer and translates the learning into possible next steps.

Certified Trainer in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method
Laurence Sato has been facilitating workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method since 2011, after receiving training in Singapore from Robert Rasmussen, one of the original developers of the method.
Since 2023, he has also been active as a Certified LSP Trainer. There are only two Certified LSP Trainers in Japan and nineteen worldwide.
Before founding Life Breakthrough Japan, he worked for Sony Corporation for approximately ten years in overseas marketing and domestic sales for professional broadcast equipment. His background allows him to connect facilitation with real business contexts.
He has facilitated workshops for corporations, educational institutions, public organizations, and non-profit organizations, including English-language workshops for international participants.
